Where does the company operate from?

Oz Deals is an Australian owned and operated small business that take your wellbeing seriously. We are an Australian owned small business that operates from Melbourne, Australia and is owned by a team that is passionate about health and wellbeing.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, paypal etc.

Is delivery free?

Yes delivery is free on all products Australia wide. At the moment we only ship within Australia.

When will my order ship?

We will ship your orders out as quickly as we possibly can, When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know it's in transit.

 

When will I receive my order?

Usually within 5-10 business days of placing your order, it is largely dependant on how fast Aus Post, Toll, and Aramex.

What is your returns policy?

We stand by the quality of our products and we perform quality assurance tests before shipping them to our valued customers. However we do as much as we can but cannot ensure a safe delivery. If your item broke or arrived with an issue, please Contact Us within 30 days and we will do our best to make it right by you. We do not cover postage to return the item to us.
